Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the item you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Timepiece

  Carefully place the watch in its original presentation box, ensuring all protective films, tags, and warranty cards are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Ship to Our Studio

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our horologists verify the condition of the returned item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
